The Growing Fit training is intended to guide Early Care Educators in the development or improvements to their policies around nutrition and physical activity. This training can also help early care educators to move toward achievement of Quality Rated standards by helping them meet what the Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) refers to as Quality Rated Portfolio Standard 2.1.
