Description
Utilizing the foundation of the successful substitute teacher training program The United Way of Greater Atlanta has designed a 25 hour Early Care and Education (ECE) Teacher Preparation Course. The United Way will recruit qualified individuals interested in becoming ECE professionals and provide them with entry level progressive professional and skill development to support successful part time or full time career placement in metro Atlanta programs serving low income children. The program will also support retention in the field through a variety of activities including an incentive program, coaching support and case management.(Offered in English and Spanish)
